Miriam S. Bolton

With over 27 years of experience buying, selling, and managing properties, Miriam started Real Estate Connections to provide personalized concierge service to you. With her team, she can connect you to resources and services to manage all 0f your real estate transactions and holdings. She is a licensed Principal Broker in the State of Oregon.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, quilting, and savoring Oregon wines.

Doug Bulski

Doug Bulski started Granite Properties in 2012 with the goal of reconditioning rental properties in Lane County. Doug’s experience in construction and development has allowed Granite to grow its portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Recently Doug merged Granite Properties with Real Estate Connections and formed a partnership with Miriam.

Doug is constantly looking for opportunities to build new partnerships for investment and development headed up by Real Estate Connections. Doug is a licensed Real Estate Broker through Worthland Real Estate with a focus on investment real estate. He is also a licensed Pilot through Lane Community College’s Flight Technology program. Doug enjoys weight training, the Pacific Northwest’s vast recreational opportunities, his MAK grill, and German style Lagers.


Kenzie Hodges

Kenzie is a third generation South Eugene graduate with Real Estate in her genes. She grew up helping her father and grandfather with the family real estate business. She enjoys helping people find their way into a new home and has a knack for it!

In her off hours, Kenzie enjoys ballroom dance and Dungeons and Dragons.


Elijah Ridings

Elijah Ridings joined Real Estate Connections in July of 2021.  He brings over 11 years of experience in general property maintenance, managing large-scale apartment complexes and all the aspects that come along with that.  His primary responsibilities are tenant management and retention. Elijah enjoys the great outdoors here in the PNW, having grown up in the John Day Area.  On weekends, rain or shine, you might catch him on one of our great local rivers with his fly pole in hand.
